I am trying to find good craft or scrapbooking tv shows. There must be some out there but I haven't found them.

Hi Karen Welcome to the boards!

There's not much on tv unless you have the DIYNetwork... HGTV has all but canceled many of their shows. The DIY ones are mostly re-runs.

However, there are few great ones online:

Its the same with crafting magazines. Used to be a whole bunch of them dedicated to general crafting. Now they have all specialized, even Crafts N Things has mostly scrapbooking. Guess crafting is falling out of favor. I know HGTV doesn't think its worth putting daily shows on.

Hi All!

I am not an actual crafter. I am a crafter LURKER. I love to watch craft shows and I was dismayed to find all of Carol Duvall's shows seemed to be geared toward polymer clay crafts. I watched while getting ready for work and was disappointed, as each show was geared towards this very tool specific craft.

Thanks for the alternatives given here. I miss ooing and awwing over really cute ideas.

Hey - I found a cool network of online videos for beading, baking, kids, scrapbooking, etc. - www.howtotvonline.com. They post new videos every week and it is free to watch.
