I want my bathrooms to be super soundproofed and ventilated.
Be it family or guests, I believe that when it comes to bathrooms, we should not be able to hear or smell eachother.
Call it a pet peave of mine.
So the question is:
Within reason, how can I super soundproof and super ventilate my bathrooms?
And for extra effect, are there toilets not made of porcelain, and that suck up the air/gas when someone is using it?

I think you should have to built drywall around your bathroom for soundproofing or else there are several insulation techniques are also available.
