you know how we all love to try to find a hidden room...right? Well if you look in the floor plans of the DH garage, there is a small hidden area behind the utility closet. Not a great space for much more then sneekin a forbidden candy bar or somethin like that.

I had not noticed that Vinniedabomb. I did however ck out the wee space to an attic? Big enough for Mr. Bill. I think he comes with the dream home Cool

I do believe that is the bottom of the area reserved for an elevator which is an option from the builder. You'd have to give up some space in the pantry and the monkey room upstairs.

As Chucksteak said, perhaps that area probably IS for an optional future elevator, but did you notice there is another room in the garage which houses a humidity controlled golf locker? Eek
Now, living in the Rocky Mountain west, we don't ever think about humidity ruining our golf bags, but I suppose they would become rather moldy and musty in a Southeast garage, eh? Nice touch, HGTV! Cool
