Wow! That is a deep question HGTV-fan-in-MO. I will have to ponder that question for a bit before I can answer!

I too wonder the depth of the pool. Anyone have an idea? Does anyone know if there is a power outlet right outside the outdoor shower area? Thank to all in advance.

From the construction photos I've seen, it looks to be every bit of 7 to 8 foot deep. Making the "plung" part of the name make a little sense. If you look at the early construction of the piers, you will see the conrete form for the pool reaching from ground level to deck level.

After I finished to build a pool in the backyard my uncle told me how to return on investment in home, i understood that building a pool was a wise decision. After three years I sold the house and the new owners loved the pool, they bought the house only because there was a huge pool in the backyard and their kids could play there.
