I need help...the countertops in the kitchen are seperating from the wall. Before I do anything that my affect something else, how do I get them to go back flush with the wall? I don't know how it happened, but it starts about a foot from the stove and goes all the way around the corner to the refrigerator (in an L shape). This may sound really stupid, and if pushing it is the key, GREAT! That is what I was thinking anyway...
Thanks |

Do they move when you push on them? They may not be attached to the cabinets. Push it back into place and attach it.

How big of a separation are you talking about?
It could be that there is a line of caulk there that is shrinking and leaving a gap. If this is the case...remove the old caulk and re-do. |

Is it possible that your floor is sagging? Look at the area where the bottom of the cabinet meet the floor from across the room. That was my case.
