I have bathroom to remodel and currently has "Marlite" panels on wall. Customer wants MDF Paneling installed. My question is how does one install so that moisture does not get into seams and corners?

MDF would be a poor choice in a bathroom. I'd try to steer the customer to another product. If you can't I'd prime the back and all cuts before installing it in the bathroom and I'd be leery of a warranty beyond the time it takes to load your tools back in the truck.
