I would love to have one of those new water features in my back yard. Every time that I see any of the gardening shows they have one on. But I never get to see how do they do it.
Do they bury a long electric cable from an existing electric outlet. That could pose a problem for me. Is this is the only way.

    What are othe choices?

Yes, the electrical can be buried, placing the electric cable in tubing specially for this purpose. You can purchase it at any home improvement store, and it not very expensive. Just labor intensive, digging the area out and burying it.
