Landscaping a small yard or patio area at a home or condo can be a real challenge. Fortunately HGTV has finally put Urban Outsiders, with British Designer, Matt James back on air. Friday at 7 a.m. isn't the best time, but the show is great for showing how to make the most of a small space.
