Our fence line that we share with a neighbor is 12 inches above our ground line. we live a small sloped street. I need to put some sort of planter box or retaining wall in. This is in direct view ut my dining window, side of house..and Insit in a swing there daily. Cottage house. Since the fence is faded wood, the concrete isncreme and stamped...I need a better idea tahn brick or cinder block. I want something that is mor unique. I need help!!!!!!! So frustrated, and my husband and I can't agree. Green Acres type conflict. I am city girl, he is country boy...he does things easy and cheap, I hire professionals. No one has come up with a creative beauty yet...and I really don't like materials and looks that are mass manufactured and designs that the everyone else seems to do in their backyard. the decor is repurposed adirondeck chairs galore, wine barrels, old signs, wooden swings, stringed lights everywhere, picnic tables!!!!!
