Brushed nickel doorbell, black wrought iron fence, black porch handrail...should these match or matter in color of metal...also, what color outside ceiling fan (no lights)...need to purchase lights for outside existing lit area. Ceiling fan will sit between both ceiling light fixtures...does it matter that the doorbell is brushed nickel, what type of flushed ceiling fan and exterior light should I get. Should I paint fence and rails to match...the house will be earthtone tan trim with cream...does it really matter? Oh yeah, the porch will possibly be painted grey. Please advise what works best and is attractive to the eye.

i'd do the outside fan to match the trim (cream)

without seeing the style of the home it's hard to say about the lighting, although i'd probably do something in wrought iron...these items are like jewelry...
