What type of person would I need if I want design ideas on adding cultured stone to the front of my house. We're not looking to change anything structurally, we just want to update the look and ensure that it looks pleasing and balanced, not like we've randomly thrown some stone on it. We will be removing the bands on the columns and want to add stone there as well as around the windows. We would also like to do the work ourselves. I wouldn't even mind an online service that could draw something up. Any ideas?

Glad you are seeking advice as stone on the columns and then around the windows sounds rather random... just what you are seeking to avoid.
I do not know where you can get drawings for a diy project but you might want to check with wherever you intend to buy the stone.

Not sure you need any advice. What you said sounds good.. Just realized this is an old post, 3 years ago... Columns and around the windows both have the same details. Adding stone would only update what's already there. Something you wanted to do.
