    Hi,
we are looking at building a patio in the backyard, in an area that used to be a deck. We are trying to decide between interlocking pavers and concrete.
It seems that the pavers are more expensive but also more durable. We are working on getting estimates, but would like input as to the relative advantages and disadvantages of each type. We live in California, so freezing isn't a big issue.
Thanks in advance for any info you can give!

didn't we already respond to this thread ? ? ?

pavers're conc so that answers the durability issue,,, usually higher because of labor intensity & mtl cost, may be preferable due to site conditions,,, most important part of either's PREP - well-compact'd granular base & drainage.

we do both & i'd pick stamp'd conc for our house but not everyone drives the same car, either.
