Junkcollector...do those trays come with the piece down the center or do you think the person added that piece?

They look like a warming tray of some sort.

I read the instructions and that is a board screwed to the middle with a decorative trim added then spray painted silver.

Thanks Daciab - you beat me to the punch!

That is just such a clever way to take a serving piece that few people probably use these days and make it useful again.

And I think the creative minds on this board can take this idea and run with it! Mail center, key rack, catch all...

We start the kitchen re-do in 2 weeks. Something like this could very likely make it onto the wall Wink
