Recommendation for drop in sink for wetbar?

What size and depth would be good for a basement wetbar drop-in sink? I don't know anything about stainless steel sinks. Is there a difference in brands?

Any recommendations for a type and brand of faucet? Does it need a sprayer?

I don't know a lot either, but I have a Kraus and we love it. Great price for the quality.
