Cake recipe appears here. I did not make the sugared pecans as the glaze is quite rich. I did add more of the toasted pecan pieces to the recipe. This is my first attempt, but judging by the reviews and ingredients, I felt this has to be a winner.

We enjoyed the cake for days too. The sugared pecans were not even missed and the cake stayed moist for days. Everyone loved the glaze. I put praline liquor in my glaze. Smile Glad you liked it too Georgia.
