The LR & DR fabrics arrived today. They're fab! Here's the dainty fabric for the DR chairs. It's really pretty.

Sofa & LS fabric. It's more subtle IRL than the pis shows. Attached to it are two of the possible fabrics for the other two chairs. The aqua colored one is the sample I ordered. It's a droolable color! The brownish swatch is a patterned chenille possibly for the orange velvet chair.

This is more like the color of the sofa & ls fabric. There is a stripe in the upper left (for orange chair) then the aqua perhaps for the wingback. What are your thoughts on the combination of the fabrics. Think it's pattern overkill?

I wouldn't mind all of the patterns, but being more of a tactile person, the idea of the chenille for the arm chair appeals to me more than the stripe. Love the sofa fabric and the idea of the blue on a smaller chair.

I LOVE the sofa and loveseat fabric. I also love the fabric for the green striped chair. Love the two together. My preference for the orangish velvet chair is the brownish chenille. I think that's a nice texture variation for the seating arrangement, plus I like the contrast of the color with the other two fabrics. You have done a great job in selecting these fabrics. I also like the dainty fabric for your dining room chairs. Can't wait to see it all done.

Are you doing the reupholstery work yourself or hiring it out?

All your fabrics are beautiful. I love your dining chairs. They look like they are soft green on my screen.

Hi Christie,
I am trying to view your fabric but I don't see where to click. BTW, I am new to the group.

The second roll of fabric arrived today so we have all the fabric we need to do the sofa and loveseat. I called our upholstery guy today but got no answer. Will try again tomorrow as I can't wait to start getting some of this stuff done. I think these two rooms will be cat-free zones once we get the pieces back. They won't be pleased about it, but they'll get over it I guess.

I'm really want that darker aqua fabric for the wing chair, but I'm not sure Donnie is convinced and while the striped fabric for the orange chair is a chenille, it's not ringing my bell. I like the look and feel and comfort of the brown patterned chenille for that piece. I hope I can remember where I got the sample.

Anyone know when the next 4.99 sale is? I think I'll order a yard or so of the darker aqua to see how it reads overall. I signed up for the emails, but haven't gotten any.

I'm dying to get this started.!

Here are my tentative final fabric choices.
