Hoping the demands of real life is what has caused Froo Froo to be MIA. That affects many of us from time to time. Sending good thoughts that Froo will return when life's real demands aren't requiring so much attention.....I pray this is the reason.
Can't you send her a PM that will go to her email?
I did finally send her a private message and just heard from her DH tonight. She is out of town for a bit. Whew! Was getting so worried!

Hello friends! I have been away since Mother's Day due to a need for me to babysit my granddaughters as my DIL is serving jury duty. I have no clue when the trial will end. I so miss this board, my DH and my volunteer job tho I have enjoyed the kids for the most part. One is five and the other is 13 months old. The baby is a living doll! To make things more challenging, my son's home is on the market so I have to keep the place in tip top shape should there be a showing. This involves putting toys away, loading the kids into a car and fighting w/ the dog to get her leash on and packed into the car. Needless to say, it's stressful and tiring around here. Again, thanks Cocok and others for their concern and kind words. This thread has touched my heart. Love you all. Warm hugs to each and every one.

Froo Froo, it is good to see you posting. You certainly have more than your share of busy, but what a gift you are giving to your son and his family! Rest when you get the chance and hopefully you will be back in your own home soon. Hugs. Maine Lady

Morning ML. Yep...busy is the word for sure! I just realized how to log on last night as my DS has a new computer I'm not familiar with. Can't chat long now because I have to get my DIL off to the courthouse. I should be losing weight w/ all that's going on, but the kids snacking and my need for comfort foods have probably contributed to a gain.

So glad you are busy being a grandmother Froo. That is a wonderful thing! I know you and your grands are enjoying the time together. Memories...sweet memories of time spent together. That is the best part of life.
Hello Paintlady. Indeed it's wonderful spending time w/ the grands, but I'm not use to so much together time. The five year old always wants my attention and is headstrong. Tho I do miss them when I'm away (we live a good day's drive from them), this duration is quite exhausting especially w/ their house on the market. Happily tho, I was here when the baby took her first real steps and she's not stopped walking since.
Sounds like you've been busy! I was thinking maybe you were on a fabulous vacation scouting the flea markets of Paris for lovely things to share here!
Oh, Froo I do indeed sympathize with how tiring the little ones can be, but they grow up so fast and will soon be much easier to be with that we just put up with fatigue and stress for awhile. Is the little one pulling out drawers and things? Funny how one will do something and the next never bother with it or the second will do something the first never attempted. Good luck to your DS and DDIL with house sale!

junk collector, a trip aboard will most likely never happen in my lifetime as DH is a homebody and dislikes traveling. FYI, we will be spending our 40th anniversary apart this year, but I hope we can celebrate w/ something more special than a dinner out in a fine restaurant upon my return. Indeed children grow fast and I am enjoying spending time w/ my grand daughters as we live too far to see them on a regular basis. DH is quite envious of that, but he knows my stay isn't classified as a vacation. I'm glad I'm finding PC time while the baby naps and the 5 yr. old is viewing her shows. I missed this board so.
