| I use to hide our tv in an armoire but found we never closed the doors to conceal as the TV is always on. With TV's getting so big, it's hard to hide them. Candice Olsen once said people are trying so hard to hide the TV, they land up with an overwhelming piece of furniture.
The idea you posted wouldn't overwhelm at all. I like it. |

| It looks homebuilt. I've seen other similar cabinets to hide wall mounted TVs. I am funny but I don't like to see that big black screen when the TV is not on -- I like it to go away. That seems like a perfect solution to me . . . and unlike the old armoires or entertainment centers, when we had a different style of TV, you're not stuck with an elephant of a piece that you need to get rid of or repurpose when styles of TVs change.
