I am getting a new large dining table, but my problem is, on one side I have a large bay window and on the other is the living room. So i'm having a hard time figuring out what to do with the space. Along one wall I have a buffet, and in the bay window, I have some black square pieces that hold baskets. it looks nice, but i'm not sure what to do with the space since there's not really any walls to use.

Sounds like you have an open floor plan, and the open spaces are always more difficult to deal with. I too have an open plan with LR open to dining space and no walls.
I am sure everyone on here will ask how large is your space, and can you post photos.

It is difficult to suggest w/o pics. What is your dilemma...where or how to place the new table? Can it be placed with one end toward the bay window? Ease of access seating as well as traffic flow are important.
