Has there been a post requesting pictures of your craft rooms? If so can I get the link? If not, would you be so kind as to share pictures of your space? I am FINALLY able to get my own little piece of heaven and I need inspiration from REAL craft rooms. I have a desk exactly like CELINE!! but mine is Espresso color. Thanks so much!

Granny,

Yay that you will have your space for crafts. The organizing will depend on your chosen supplies and crafts.

Here is a link that might have some helpful information for you.

oh how I miss my craft room. Organization and storage are key to maximizing space, ease of access and function. Here are some nifty ideas to help with your design plan:

Also important is comfort and good lighting. Regarding lighting, I strongly recommend OTT lamps which come in floor and desk too models.

Hi! it took me a while, but I found the sewing room pics. If I ever get it cleaned up to this point again, I'll take new pictures. My room has about twice as much stuff in it as it did when these were taken. It makes me want to go clear out and get it all neat again!

Annon-great space! Although my space isn't that big I really like yours. My room is 11.5 ft x 10ft. I measured every wall, door, window, all furniture I currently have so I can make it work for me. I do a lot of paper crafts, photo work. I have started collecting beads so I can begin making jewelry. So my room will be for various crafting. I am so excited to get started.

Cocok, if you ever find yourself in Dayton we could make that happen!

Granny, this has grown from having a sewing machine in a corner of the fam room, to having my own closet in the next house, then half a room, and so on. Enjoy what you have & make it work, then gradually take over the house, lol!
