So, one of thoseeeeee days! Fridge/freezer are not cooling. Placed a call early and they said they'd send someone out ...; welllll, still waiting; I'll need to go buy ice soon.

This is one good thing about a rental...we won't have to pay for anything.

Exasperating isn't it!

We had a power outage the week of Thanksgiving, and when the power came back on we got a power surge that blew out several things in the house. Our fridge was one of them. When the repairman finally did arrive, (after about 5 days) he said the electronic panel looked like it had been hit by lightening.

I lost every bit of food in my fridge and freezer. Bummer, but boy are the fridge and freezer clean and organized now! Not a single old bottle of salad dressing in the fridge or mystery package of something in the freezer.

Anyway, feeling for you.
