All of a sudden summer has come to Maine with 79º temps. I still have velvet porterres hanging at my front door! I hate when this happens, its freezing one night and warm two days later. The light changes and everything looks shabby, dusty and out of season! Had to get winter hats down & shove them away till its time to get the straw/cotton hats out. If it weren't so darn much work I would have three seasons of throws/pillows/table skirts etc. That's really what we need here, but I just have winter/summer & exactly when to make the switch is difficult to know. How is it in other parts of the country? I'm not really complaining as I like summer weather its just that its arrival is always unpredictable.

Lady, Its the same way here in West TN. In the daytime it gets so hot we need the air on, then the next morning you need heat.
but soon its really going to get hot.
