FrancisoFrom study to contemporary nursery
Hi All
Me again...the second project is to convert the study room into a nursery incorporating the black and white wallpaper...(pic attached)
I was thinking yellow hues...can you recommend any color scheme that would match.

Froo FrooMy you're a busy person.

Once again, you have a blank canvas (neutral scheme) and just about any color will work with black and white. Typically, red is recommended for new borns, but yellows, yellow-greens, pinks (assuming it's a girl), turquoise and lavenders, etc., etc. will look lovely with black and white. If you don't know the s*ex of the baby, stick w/ a gender neutral yellow green, red or yellow. BTW, mix in a black and white a boyish plaid, stripe or check with this flower print just to be safe.

arepoFunny, but even before I read your post, I visualized yellow as well.
I think you should be GIVING advice, not asking for it.

GraciepjI immediately thought of bright green, maybe because of the view from the window.

lady of shallotAlthough black and white is good for an infant, that pattern seems rather overwhelming to me.

gmvjI made bedding for a friend of my daughter several years ago, they wanted coral and royal blue sheets with black/white zebra for dustruffle.quilt and bumper pads. Those colors looked so good together, they found a black panther lamp at GW, this bedding was used for a boy and later for a girl.
