Our son has purchased his first home. The trim needs painting, it is currently dark green, which he does not like, and some of the wood facia boards need replaced so now is a good time for him to change the color.

Roof is light gray and the front porch have reddish spanish looking tiles on it. The exterior stucco will stay white.

I am thinking reddish clay color but wonder if it will look like a barn? We are also thinking maybe black?

TIA

You can try the red color. After all its only trim. Don't worry it won't look like a barn.

I think tying in the brick color is a good idea, wonderful styled house. LOTS of potential for curb appeal!

I vote for the black (or charcoal grey) with a terracotta color front door.
