Hi gang. I posted today over at the FOOD BB, but things are slow there so I thought I'd venture to my fav BB here and ask my buds for help. The topic is a search for a tried and true turkey burger recipe...one that's tasty and moist. I'm exhausted doing Web searches. Hope you can help. I hope to find one before Sunday.

I usually add in chopped onions and coat with a little olive oil to add moisture.

I remember Oprah Winfrey loved a turkey burger that I think either her chef made or restaurant that had grated apples in it for moisture. It might mean another web search though. I'll look a bit. Smile
