What are the woven blinds called that allows you to see outside but no one can see inside? Does this make any sense?

Do you mean Solar Shades? There are different degrees of openess.

I have a roller shade on my office door in the Tweed Buckeye and they are pretty. Not real see thru though. Very nice quality and they will help you with sizes/ordering. Fairly easy install. (Scroll down to see Buckeye)

Computer pics are smiling on me tonight. Here is a pic I found of the office door with the shade.

The office faces West so lots of sun. I can roll shade up if needed. It fits right behind the door handle. That was fun to figure out when ordering.
