I am getting new sofas, media center TV and possibly new coffee tables (or refinish the old ones darker). The armoire will be out. I would like the look to be rustic and natural since we have a view of the woods. I have some sofa ideas but I'm stuck. The first picture is how it looks now. The pics of the sofas follow. What are your thoughts? Do you like reclining or stationary? Nailhead trim? The reclining would cost $600 more. Thanks!!!This message has been edited. Last edited by: oojeanie,
Here is the reclining one.
This is the one with nailhead trim.
This one is the least expensive.
The reclining version looks like it belongs in a media room. The nail head trim would be my choice.
They are all nice looking. All I can say is reclining is so comfy for TV viewing.
I have nailhead trim on our milk chocolate sofa/chair/ottoman and like it for a slightly rustic look.
If you do not get the reclining sofa, at least get an ottoman or two for comfort and some additional seating or snack space. The various sized teflon glides work great under any furniture not on wheels also.
Thanks for your replies. None of the sofas has made me say, "This is the one" yet. I guess I need the style, quality, and price just right. Sometimes I think that will never happen!
