We have leather sofa and love seat. The leather is turning white--discolored if you will--on the seat portion of the cushions. The cushions cannot be turned over. Is there anyway to fix this without recovering the seats?

It sounds as tho the dye is superficial and/or the sofa may have been exposed to UV rays. how long hVe you had this furniture? I would contact a local co. Specializing in leather. They will know if the color can be restored. Good luck.

We had the same thing on a brand new leather sofa we bought. The manufacturer said there was a problem in the dying process and gave us a new couch. If you haven't had that sofa for longer than a year I would go back to the store and show them the pillows or email both the store and the mfgr a photo of the pillows. If the sofa is old it may just be wear and tear that has done that. I would ask the mfgr though and ask what they can recommend, will they replace the pillow/cushions? Good luck. Angie
