Need a laugh?
After vot ing today we drove through the city and of course were assaulted with hundreds if not thousands of signs. One though really caught my eye. In big letters it said NOBODY and underneath: leadership we can trust!

Who gets the last laugh?

For the record: The gym, built by Michael Jordan in 2007, had been foreclosed and was ALREADY under the auspices of the Chicago Hope Academy, a private C.hristian high school, before the pr.ez played his basketball game there yesterday.

Get over it.

Forget the laugh, I need a permanent wine drip! Then when we go over the "cliff" I'll be numb.

The cliff would be there no matter who won.

It's now up to the men and women of good faith on both sides of the aisle to come together and do what's best for the country. It's America first, not party first. The v.oters spoke loud and clear: they want compromise, not obstruction.

I am having one of the best days of my life because I have hope, not fear. It's very liberating.

Sigh. I'm increasing the flow. Have to stop following this thread. Back to the subject of decorating. Hopefully we can still afford virtual decorating (not that it's a priority in the grand scheme of this in terms of importance) but it helps keep my San!ty.
Btw, the LAST laugh is yet to come.

From Froo,
Do you prefer a Pinot, Chardonnay, or a red as a base for the drip? My choice is Pinot.

Liberating? It sort of feels like bungee jumping to me! I just hope we bounce back.
