Anyone find a blog they would like to share?

I found http://thegardenerscottage.blogspot.com/. It is about simplifying in all areas of life. Sh has downsized her home, decor, wardrobe and her life. Hope someone else will find it as inspiring as I do.

Here is a pic of her simple cottage decor.

TFS. This is one of the nicer blogs out there: it's beautifully designed and easy to read with lots of white space; thoughtful copy, but breezy in style; great photos.

Yeah, and I guess if looked like her at 55, I'd post lots of pix of myself, even one of my backside. (Even when I was younger than she, I never looked like that!)

I wonder if she has a fashion modeling background and graphic design experience. She reminds me of the wonderful comedic actress and former model Wendie Malick, who I used to enjoy watching on the sitcom Just Shoot Me.

It has been awhile since I read the whole blog but I believe she was a chef for many years and now is an esthetician.

B/4 I read her story I was a bit lost on the fashion pics but then found out she has a very small wardrobe and is showing what can be done with few pieces.

Now that you mention it, she does look alot like Wendie Malick.

I am totally smitten with that cottage.

Thanks for that blog Annie! Looks good - lovely home decor and recipes - great combo.

One of my fav blogs http://theessenceofthegoodlife.blogspot.ca/ may not have wide appeal and I've posted it before but I like it because it gives a look into life in one of my favorite countries. Many thanks to whoever posted it as I have no idea where I first saw it. Even if a person doesn't like the rustic Norwegian decor, she also posts Gustavian style, some gorgeous scenery, occasionally fashion, and other random stuff. Some pics have made me seriously want to move there but I'll probably be satisfied with a trip soon.

Another of my favorites is http://french-kissed.com/ which is by an American woman who travels to France occasionally and decorates in that style. France is another country I love and would love a long stay there.

Then there is http://warrengrovegarden.blogspot.ca/ whose garden is TDF and who decorates in a very distinctive and lovely style. Altho not my style I have found many good ideas there. She lives on Prince Edward Island in Canada.

So many blogs, so little time! LOL ;D

Very nice blog Collectedcomfort.

While not necessarily a "decor" blog, Lifeingrace.com is a favorite of mine. Her beautiful home on the lake is dreamy!
