Should I go ahead and move the armoire before the sectional gets delivered or wait till the sectional is in it's space to see how tight the walkway is going to be?
The sectional will be situated like the furniture is in the pic below.

I would probably move it till the sectional arrives. I would uses gliders to protect the floor and make the moving easier. Moving the table now will make it easier to bring the sectional in. If you measure the depth of the table it will help you to determine what clearance you will need and exactly where the delivery guys should position the sectional. It's a win-win.

If it was me,no.The new sofa/lounge isnt as deep as your leather sofa was or is it?And you can probly will have the new set sitting a little closer up,than where sofa is sitting in the pic.Just my thought.So excited for you.We know how much you've been wanting this new one. A thought have you ever had your tv on the wall in this pic?Where the cordenza is?Probly a glare from french doors and moving of tv wires.Ok never mind.I'm in overwhemed mode.

I bought the first one 109 x 94. The 109 will be where the chair is in above pic, facing the french doors/tv wall..and the 94 will be where the couch is, facing the window wall.
I think I will leave armoire even though I am 99.9% sure I will end up having to move it.

No room for that little table there. I will be pushing it to the max in length...expecially if the actual measurment is longer than 109 inches. That wall with the dresser and buffet lamps on it is 115 inches. (wall only, not including hallway opening)

Oh....whoops. What is the purpose of the armoire...tv viewing? Much depends on how you intend to position the sectional. Will the armoire become an important focal point? I would wait till the sofa is delivered. The delivery guys may assist with repositioning if it turns out to become an issue.

I would move the armoire out. When the sectional arrives see how you and your children pass each other when you walk from the living room to the hallway. That should tell you how comfortable you are sharing the walkway space. If you leave armoire and they decided to climb over the back of the sectional to pass you I don't you're going to be thrilled.
Here is a picture when you had the chair further out into the walkway space. How did you enter and exit the space with that set-up? Did you pass each other behind the chair and the end of the couch without one of your moving into the seating area?

Froo-The armoire is used a storage-vacuum etc.
Wanda-that was my thought. If I have to move because there is not enough walkway between the sectional and armoire, that is the only place for the armoire to go, where the dresser with lamps is. BUT I could always elminate the armoire and store vacuum outside in the garage.
MOSTLY I like the way the armoire looks on that wall :-)

Always, you may just want to move out the additional furniture till after the sectional arrives. When they brought in mine, I freaked at how much space it took up visually. Even though I measured and taped off the area, the actual physical size was a bit overwhelming. I advise this just so you don't go into "buyers remorse mode".
Once you adjust to seeing this large piece of furniture in your room, you can add in other pieces.

I just got my delivery window for sectional..tomorrow between 9 - 11am.
The only thing extra that may move is the armoire, everything else stays...tv stand and dresser with lamps. I will clear out everything like baskets etc etc.
I may put the amoire on a moving dolli/dolly and push over out of the way, let them put the sectionla in place and then decide if the armoire will fit on that wall still.
