What a wonderful retreat! TFS

Those are some big rocks you are standing on - guess that area is at the southern edge of the Canadian shield. I see you've had your hair cut - looks good!

If you were there in the winter I'm sure the ice-fishing would be great! LOL I've never understood the appeal of that.

Yes, CaraRose I suppose we were in your stomping ground.

Jouluck, yes the size of the rocks are amazing, It's so much fun to go hiking....just don't look down! I cut my hair about 3 yrs ago and it's sooooo much easier!

Thank you JNikki! You're right, it really is even prettier in person.

Absolutely breathtaking!!!

I can't being to imagine the peace you feel when you're there.

As someone else posted, it definitely is a piece of "heaven on earth".

Wouldn't it be wonderful if everyone got a chance to experience the calmness of the raft in the lake as shown in the photo of your DH. The world would be a much nicer place if we could all escape.

Wishing you continued joy and comfort in your beautiful setting.

Skyler, how GORGEOUS!!!!!! Oh, my, I am taken aback by the beauty of it all. May I please ask, how long have you had the cabin? Oh, wow, I could really use a place like that. And I am so glad you had that pic with you in it. Nice to associate a face with a name. :-)
