(And of course clients don't always like the things you present, but that should happen in a planning meeting, before anything is ordered, not during installation. What I say when someone doesn't like something is, "OK, how about this other choice, do you like that better? Etc." Things aren't ordered until a client signs off on it and pays a deposit, and decides it is absolutely what they want. Just saying.)
