Good morning! How was your weekend? Did you complete your projects?

I am making very sloooowwwww progress on the mudroom. I find that my family needs me for so many other things that my own plans keep getting pushed back.

I hope to make enough progress (whatever that means) to be able to post a progress picture soon.

I did figure out that the mismeasurement on the frame is not as bad as I thought it was. As long as I find the right hinges for the doors, I think I'll be able to make this work.

My daughter has decided that this is the week to paint the nursery. (She goes back and forth on this- I've just tried to be patient)- This is not a great week for me, but we will see.

I also need to plant a few more things in the garden.

So- what are you up to?

Projects galore around here!

We started our pantry project and I posted a new thread about it, won't bore you with the details here. But I am so happy to finally be seeing the direction towards my having the sink I fell in love with on Craigslist last year and it was like Christmas morning for me riding all the way home with it in the car!

Can't wait to see your finished mudroom in a box. Just can't believe you have the skills to do all that you do--i am in awe!!
Maybe it's time for you to show your daughter how to use a paintbrush- that's a lifelong skill that comes in handy over a lifetime.

I'd rather be working on a mudroom or pantry or even painting a nursery, but I have to do some concrete patching on steps by my garage. Then after the patching, i'll paint them - then at least they'll look purty!!! LOL!!!

And I didn't start out painting nurseries....but my mom was brave enough to let me paint my bedroom when i was middle school/high school. And there is every paint color on the floor to prove it at my mom's Cool
