i bought this hutch at the thrift store for $90... a real deal in our area. painted and distressed it, and now i am using it to store items in our nursery for our grandaughter. the crown was also found at a thrift store, a shiny gold shelf for $1.99. i painted it, added 2 $5.00 sheers from target, and i think it turned out great! i know all the safety issues, the crib is pulled out from the wall, and she can't reach it This message has been edited. the picture under the crown reads "the princess sleeps here."

I love the painted hutch. $90 is a great deal even for a thrift store! The little princess will sleep well in there! :-)

Oh, I like this. So cute. I have a bedroom set in this style. I may consider painting it out as the surface areas are showing some wear. You do a fab job.
