I could have sworn we saw more kitchens . . . but those are the only ones I could find. I could definitely cook in either of them!

Gorgeous! I love the burner covers on the second one, and the first one is better than looking at a vintage car! WOW!

I'm thinking these Monster Stoves must have been for multiple cooks for households. Maybe I'm just old and weak, but I couldn't prepare all the food that could cook on and in those stoves. But, they are just beautiful!!!

Those are fab! Of course either of them would take up our entire kitchen. When I grow up, I want an Aga...sans steriods.

Me, too, I've always wanted an Aga and a chef would be wonderful! Also the English Manor House to go with all would also be a dream!

That first stove is a serious work of art tho and much 'prettier' than the Aga. I wonder if stoves like that were custom?

Glad you posted these photos! When I visit old mansions and chateaus that's the most interesting part of the tour for me...the kitchens.

The kitchen at Biltmore in NC consisted of several large rooms. I'm sure they had at least 20 kitchen workers. It was amazing.

That must be the biggest AGA I've ever seen. Eek
