The week following Christmas is always tre.acherous for my waistline.

Today I had leftover Christmas cookies for breakfast, and some of my sister in law's homemade chocolates for lunch. (And yes, I do cut them in half to see what is in the middle before I eat them. Horrible of me I know.)

Oh woe is me. I am done for!

Anyone else being tor.mented by holiday goodies?

I believe pumpkin pie for lunch is a perfectly acceptable choice.

Loving that lens!

HINT:
To trim waistline!

I went to get an xray the other day, and the ladies in the office there asked me to turn one direction, I had to rotate my upper body to do it since my neck has only 45 degree range left side to side and up and down. When they saw the metal rods in my neck they got squeamish for me. I told them that it didn't hurt anymore, all healed there, just a pain I can't turn my head that much anymore.

One lady said, YA, but look at what that upper body turning is doing for your waistline! She showed me she had none. I said well girls, start twisting at the waist! LOL it was funny!

Start slowly at first cause it will hurt if you do too much!
Here is the trick, hold the candy in one hand while you put the other hand on your hip and try and look behind you on that side. Then turn straight forward, eat half of candy (only eat half at a time, that is important, then place the other half of the candy in the other hand and try and look behind you, then face forward, if you did the first half right, you will have another half of candy to eat!

Exercise CAN be FUN!

The photos are very well done and look very yummy! I got some candied nuts for Christmas and I had to immediately get them out of my house so I wouldn't eat them. I have no will power when it comes to treats so I don't even keep them in the house.
