THESE PICTURES ARE FROM THE PEOPLE WE SOLD TO WHEN THEY MOVED OUT...NOT when we lived there..

But this is my old house...We did NOT paint the kitchen the ugly colors nor do that ugly tile work in the one bathroom shot or any of the wall paint...

I AM guilty of forest green carpet you see in the bedroom pic's. I can't believe was still there when they moved out...I had put that in when we moved in, like 1995.

ONE thing I will say, that laminate flooring looks like it held up pretty darn good.

That is a nice area Vista. We have friends that live in Vista and in Carlsbad. Wish we lived in that area too.
Nice house you had back then. Love the pool. Did you two enjoy the pool when you lived there.
We have a pool, and we have always loved having one. So many fun times for our family.
Thanks for sharing, I loved looking.

BTW, 25 years ago, we had forest green carpet too. LOL

That looks like a very nice house! I am surprised what people do to a home! ( painting on the walls).

I'm surprised that the price is as low as it is. Of course my knowledge of the CA market comes from HH!

Grapefruit - I doubt that the previous owners did the grafitti. Many homes in foreclosure are vandalized this way.

Annie, the California marked is depressed. It has been for quite some time now, unfortunately.
So many foreclosures, short sells and so on. It's a mess. And the neighborhoods are really bad, from rentals and such. Nothing is taken care of, it's very sad.
I would love to get out of here, but I'm stuck...sigh

That isn't vandalism, that is how it was left after they moved out...You can tell they didn't do much to take care of it.

I will have to drive by and see if the newest owners have cleaned it up much.

Always, I imagine you were sad to see the condition of the house you once owned. Loved the pool.

It was sad to see it all thrashed...I will give them some credit though. They did some improvements outside by the pool putting in some trees and plants and making a small deck in one area...but other than that, they didnt do any improvements inside.

Whoever took the pictures did a bad job...why would you take a picture of a bathroom showing the top of the sink and a blank wall??? lame!!!
