The sectional I like at Macys is on a really good sale right now!!
Now they offer this as the lowest price of the FALL season...I wonder if they will have this price again during the christmas sales, black friday etc...and with that zero percent financing would be nice too.
Look into opening up a new credit card for another discount. If you already own a credit card, your husband can open a new one. Normally, I wouldn't open a credit card, but considering it's a big ticket item, the savings could be significant.

No hubby, but depending on how much the additional percentage off would be, I might have my mom open up a macy accout to get the discount.
Hopefully they have another good sale like this one after the new year with the same zero percent financing.

Always, ask a sales person in the furniture department about their sales. A good, helpful salerperson will tell you when the best sales on furniture are. Ask if he or she knows if they offer a better sale in the spring, or tied to the winter holidays, etc.

That's a good idea. I will do that next time I go to Macy's. Thanks.
I spoke with one sales lady there one day and she was really helpful giving me tips on different type of leather and what to stay away from. I guess I should go and really find out all the info this furniture, type of leather etc if this is one that I'm really considering purchasing. This message has been edited.
