So I've been working on my mudroom-in-a-box. I was feeling pretty good about it- even though my progress/pace seems unreasonably slow.

Then I realized I got one measurement about a half inch off. That's all. But- it is in the frame of the cabinet and it means that the nice balance of three doors all the same size can not happen. Frown

I could rebuild the whole thing. But I won't.

I'm trying to convince myself that it's a lot like the screened porch in the 1913 bungalow that I used to live in. The windows were all different sizes (because that's the way they did things way back then)

But I'm still a bit disappointed in myself.

I understand why you are disappointed, but no one will know except you! (and all of the people who read your thread...LOL!)

make the middle one the smaller one, everyone will think (if they notice) it was meant to be that way.

I am not sure which measurement is 1/2" off.
If it is an opening well, in custom cabinets when filling a whole kitchen with doors that have sequential match grain, guess what, if you measure them ALL they are all different! When you need to fill the space, you balance it, no one notices 1/2" in the scheme of things! Don't beat yourself up for it!
