I like Mike and Holmes on Homes but non stop all evening on Sunday is too much. Why does HGTV have only his shows on Sunday eves and so much House Hunters and House Hunters International the rest of the week? Bored with HGTV. Entering for the Dream Home and Green Home and Urban Oasis and watching Design Star this year and that's about it.

I am one of Hgtv's largest fans and I totally agree about Sunday nights. I cannot watch one more episode of Holmes. Please take him off prime time Sunday's and give us back the great variety.

I agree. One Holmes show a nite is plenty. I cannot watch it allllll nite long. And on Sunday to boot. Not my idea of a Sunday nite show.

Obviously HGTV doesn't understand the concept of "less is more" - they shove Mike Holmes down our throats on Sunday night (I don't even turn HGTV on that night) and non-stop HH/HHI on other nights.
The only time they become minimal with a show is when it's a GOOD show with INTELLIGENT design and then they hide it at a stupid hour when nobody is watching.

DANG!

I thought I was the only person who thought that Sunday nights with Holmes after Holmes, after Holmes was waaaaaay too much. :

I certainly appreciate Mike's skills and integrity, but come on, HGTV.

Enuf is enuf. Frown

If Mike would turn things over to Damon entirely, I'd be more than happy with an entire evening of HoH. Big Grin

I hope the Admin team reads these threads about the Holmes overdose! Please give us a break on the back to back Holmes on Homes episodes on Sunday. It goes from helpful and knowledgable to being a little arrogant and "show offy" Helpful info but Enough is Enough
