Inspection Pain Sign In/Join
Hello! I am huge fan of the show and network. I am desperate! We bought a house June 2012 and my inspector wasn't exactly honest about what he found. I think partly because my Realtor recommended him (never again!) We have come to find out the lied in the disclosure and also in the inspection, or he just really had NO idea what he was doing. There are many things that were mentioned but we were told would be under the warranty and were not or they were not a big problem. Well when you and your fiance are recovering from the unemployment of one person it's hard to decide where to start and at this point who to really trust. We work opposite schedules, me 1st or 2nd shift him straight 3rd shift so finding the time to get anything done our selves (or the knowledge) is next to impossible. I'm lost and really just don't know where to turn any more! Any advise or help is greatly appreciated!!!

Holmes does not read these boards.

If you bought the home and are just complaining now about 2 years later you are out of luck. Anything can happen after purchase and the seller is not responsible for that. Nor is the inspector or realtor unless you can prove fraud.

Seriously Gina, if you're complaining about the issue 2 years later then there's nothing anybody could do. Neither your agent nor the inspector.
