I wanted to watch episode 2 of Design Star All Stars, but the video online is messed up and gets stuck towards the beginning. Anyone else experiencing that? I was able to watch episode 1 online with no problems.

I wish they'd put Shop this Room Online too!!!

Same for me. It's a bummer. I was looking forward to watching it today. Is there anyway to let them know?

If you go to the Chat Line and tell the ladies there...I think they can help. They seem to be able to get things done...as long as it doesn't involve programming.

I will go on Chat Line tomorrow and see if anyone has brought this matter to their attention.

Ep. 2 messed up for me, too. So disappointed I couldn't see it tonight. Hope they fix it soon!

I've spent more than an hour looking for episode 1 of Design Star All-Stars, without success. Could one of you who has seen that episode please provide a link? I'd be most grateful!

I contacted the Chat Line. They have had some inquiries about this problem. Their video techs are working to try to get the problem fixed. They are sorry for the inconvenience.

For those of you who do not know how to reach the Chat Line...you scroll down to the very bottom of this page. You will see "Contact Us" in very small print. Click on this and it will take you to the page where you can click on the box that says "Live Help, Chat Now." The form will ask for your name and email address and that is all there is to it. The ladies who answer the Chat Line are very nice. I have chatted with all of them numerous times. The Chat Line is available Mon-Fri from about 9:30AM to 5PM ET

KathyHKidd, I found the video of Episode One of Design Star All Stars. I went to the Design Star page and Searched for "HDSAS-101H Video." This brought up 8 results...one of which was A Second Chance at Stardom which is a 43 min. video of Episode 1.

Here it is Friday, and it is still messed up. I don't understand why they don't care. Oh well, I hope next week's works.

I had contacted them regarding the DS online episode where Meira went home because it was messed up too, and they weren't much help. They said they were working on it, but ultimately told me that it must be some problem on my end of the computer. If that was the case, then why could I watch the other episodes without them getting messed up? I think they just don't feel like getting around to it.

They just don't seem to be computer people.
They only work with Internet explorer not other browsers.
The DS All Stars 2 is still messed up. It is stuck on Tom's quote "That would seem annoying

I put a message on the Admin part of this message board and they replied that the techs were working on the problem.

I was able to see the episode On Demand from my cable provider so anyone who has that option can watch the episode.

I've been trying to watch episode 2 since Wed and it keeps stopping on Tom saying "That's annoying". Yes, it's very annoying! I don't have cable at the moment so I have to watch my shows online. I don't have any problems with any of the other episodes of Design Star or any other HGTV shows they have full episodes of to watch. Glad to know it's not just me and that others are having the same problems.

I emailed them and just got a response saying

"We are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback concerning our Design Star videos. HGTV Customer Service has already been notified and has reported this matter to the Video Operations Team. Currently, they are working on getting the issues resolved, and hope to have the videos available again soon. We appreciate your patience, and please check back again in a few days."

So...in a few days??

OH bummer, well, I won't try to watch it. I hope they get it fixed. I don't usually get to see things as they air and don't have a DVR. If it does get fixed please let us know

Just got to watch Ep. 2 online! Hurray! Thanks to the "people that be" for fixing it!.
