They can just give the win to Dan and go home right now. No one else is in his league. He should have won over Antonio years back.

There have been only a few designers on Design Star who I believed to be confident about their ability to deliver. Dan is one of them. Karl from last season is another. Will from Season 2 and Britany. I don't know why on earth they brought back Josh and Leslie.

It is a shame that the winner will not be getting their own show. I would love to watch a show of Dan's with anticipation of what he will create into his design. I feel the same about Britany. I feel cheated of seeing what she may have produced.

Danielle is nice, but just more of the same. Her designs look too arts and crafty for my taste. I don't think that I can bear to watch her show simply because every statement she makes sounds like an interrogative. You hear it so much on HGTV and elsewhere. So unnatural. So un-autonomous. I watched her first two shows. I did not like the kitchen at all. The second design was okay. I found myself thinking, What would Britany have done with these spaces? I wish I knew.

Brittany would have found a way to glam it up regardless of what the HO's wanted - Danielle gave them what they wanted and what worked for the way they live.

Maybe they are considering some kind of show in the works for these people. I think if Dan lets go of the nasal speech he might have more of a chance later on. I do like his work. And you can tell it's contrived at each show time and not something planned for design star.

I shall say again if viewers didn't complain for perfection in the hosts then we could see a lot of great design.
With that said why can't we have a hired host like we had for several shows to accompany each new designer. You know like Clive enhanced shows with his prescence and his delivery of the necessary information. Would someone complain? What about. Maybe if that was worked in and still considered the designers show and they gracious enough to grant that too.
Maybe they could try something different on hgtv.....?? Something we could watch instead of the infocommercial househunters.

Call me crazy, but I think a show where Danielle and Brittany work together could be fun! I enjoyed their collaborations on Design Star.

What a great idea. Totally agree!

Dan is okay.He sure is cute enough to have a show but I am not a big fan of his design.He is way better than brown lover Tom though.I hate the color brown and that's all he ever designs with.

I saw this topic last week and neglected to comment that I always felt that All Stars was Hilari's to lose.
