His camera challenge started off poorly, but ended well. I've liked everything he has designed. His designs are sophiscated, but comfortable and he makes viewers feel comfortable as well.

I have learned not to come here until I have seen the episode. There always seems to be spoilers in the thread titles. They also give it away on the blog.

Tom learns something about himself and his craft in each episode. However he hasn't learned to edit his designs. LOL. Love him tho.

Thanks Corvette Lady. I am in the Central Time Zone so knew the results, but am mindful of West Coast residents. At any rate, I was truly shocked that Leslie was the first choice, followed by Tom. His camera challenges are painful. But, Dan insisted on the horrible green, and the judges clearly remembered their previous distaste.

Tom has great style, but it is extremely refined. I haven't seen an ability to change his design. I guess what I am saying is his rooms seem to be styled similar. Nothing new.

Tom needs to tone down the clutter, and yes, I'd like to see him design something for a client outside his comfort zone and not get lost in his camera challenges.
