Well I am certainly surprised by who went home. I think Hilari and Danielle dodged a bullet. I am not sorry to see Luca leave but I think Bex got caught up in his ego. I can't get over Luca still thinking he is the best designer!

Really disappointed that Brittany and Mikel don't get more screen time. I also think that Brittany was robbed, her mirror wall was so much better than Stanley's tennis bracelet.

I don't understand Stanley winning, what was so special about his desk? I also don't get the big risk with the color of the sofas, maybe if they had kept the red consol but they changed that to white.

I really think that Mikel and Brittany had the best room.

Hilari and Danielle had a nice layout but hardly any design. I guess they are on the short list of people to keep.

Not really sure if Kris finally started getting along with Miera but their room was well done. Kris is just so full of himself, no lack of ego there.

Can't wait to see the still photos.

I don't like the Kardashians but it wasn't a bad episode. Could the designers have fawned over Kris Jenner more? Smile

I just looked at some of the pictures from this episode. Stanley and Rachel changed that red consol to a black one.

The picture of Danielle and Hilari's room didn't show much, really want to get a better look at it.

I am going to post on the producers blog about making the show 2 hours. We just don't get to see enough of the designing. I posted there last week and he replied to my comment. I like that they read what we think, don't know if it changes their minds but at least they are paying attention. I do think the 2 hour show had been mentioned before but maybe if we keep asking it might happen!

CorvetteLady, I will also ask for a two hour show. I am also going to look at the pictures because I must have missed some things when I watched the show. There was a wall of art in Bex and Luca's room, but I don't remember seeing anything about who did that. I know that Luca painted one picture.

Over all, I think the designers did a really good job on their rooms.

I noticed that Genevieve went right over to the curtains in Danielle and Hilari's room. I think I remember her saying, Let's see what we have here or something to that effect.

Sometimes I think the judges are taking turns when it comes to pointing out flaws.

I wish they would put more emphasis on the good things. These designers are going in with no idea of what they are going to be working on or who they will be working with. They have time constraints. I think they do a great job with all things considered. I cannot see Vern and Genevieve doing as well in the same circumstances.

This is all just my opinion. Thank you for reading.

I think that red chest got left in the store because of pricetag. If there ever was a time to ask the client to raise the ante that was it.

The desk was something you build for your teens study desk. I was not crazy about the conf. table either-it looked low end.

What always cracks me up is people think puce is green....it's actually a reddish brownish purplish color.

I looked at the still photos. Danielle and Hilari's room had a lot of good stuff, that one little section of the wall really was not all that distracting, they just needed a little more time.

Didn't like the wallpaper in Stanley and Rachel's room. It was a good room but I don't think it was the winning room. I sometimes just don't understand the judges choices.

The more I look at Brittany's mirrored wall the more I like it. I know I'm repeating myself but it was so much better than Stanley's mirror. I really hope we don't see Stanley winning for one idea, he didn't do a lot more in that room, most of the ideas were Rachels.

That mirror wall was stunning! I would love to have that on
the wall next to my bedroom closet.

Maybe it was just my TV, but the sofa color looked to me like
bright puke green, a color I detest in any shade. So I
assumed that that was the risk.

That was a big surprise to me, too. Kris was so clueless about
how he kept interrupting Meira and about his slobbering over
Kris Jenner like an eager puppy dog seeking approval.

That almost seemed suspicious to me -- like they'd been tipped off to check that out.

You don't really think that what we see is the first time the judges see the rooms, do you?

Well, yeah. I guess I rather stupidly had.

(I'd put one of those blushing smileys here, but they don't seem to want to work right now...)

Happy to see Luca go. Wish he could have taken Kris with him instead of Bex. I liked her. Thought her display cases might have helped make her safe.

Nice deal for the Kardashians. Appear on the show and get their entire office fitted out and renovated FOR FREE and in three days. I have a couple roomsI need redone. Bring the contestants to my house!

It was hard to really see the mirror thing that Brittany did. I thought she would win. Loved the couches Rachel picked. The desk was okay, but it didn't look very functional. No drawers, at least from what I could see. I didn't think Stanley's tennis bracelet was all that.

Loved the glitter paint and I am def going to get some for my new room.

Yeah, I was surprised when Kris J raved about the conference table! Agree about the desk too. What was so fab about it? Didn't look functional at all. No drawers. And didn't look old Hollywood to me.

I just wish HGTV had their best designers as judges.

I'm not sure why they have determined that Rachel should be fawned over. I really don't like her designs.

I'm going to bring up the same thing I've always brought up season after season - they slap that wood floor down without acclimating it. Yes, maybe in a back guest bedroom you can get away with it, but in an area with so much traffic and wear and tear? Nah, you'd best give it 3-4 days to acclimate in the setting before you start laying it.
