His on camera challenges leave a lot to be desired. He has zero personality, no charisma and seems kind of aggressive and angry.

I agree that his camera challenge was not the best, but I disagree on the other points. My husband and I both enjoy him and his style.

Tom has great style for the upper elite Martha Vineyard extreme high end people. He doesn't do modern vintage, or minimalistic style well.

I agree with CarolB - Tom is very high end, very classic, very 'old money' design. I love it. He will get plenty of design work I'm sure. So what if he doesn't do well on camera, he doesn't need a show to have a career.

Since when does "high end" or "old money" = ugly knick knacks and an overload of brown?
