I thought this might be the place to touch base with the right people who know how to solicit for a home makeover, design star visit, yard crasher visit. In the previews of design star I believe I saw a reference to the Palm Springs area for the new season. Just having purchased a home it would be great to have some folks with skill and ideas come and offer to do a room reno, garden assist, etc.

dz, I'd suggest doing an online search with the show name and the word "casting". Or, go to the show producer's website and look for the casting tab/section. (The producer names typically appear during the credits.)

Thought they also had a "Be on HGTV" page on this website - didn't see it when I quickly looked just now. Personally, I'd rather go directly to the source, anyway.

Although you're in PS and relatively close to LA, IIRC, most of the LA-based series prefer locations much closer to downtown. You never know, however. Besides that, PS certainly has some terrific homes and many mid-century possibilities.

Good Luck!
