How do I go about finding a reasonable, dependable License contractor to remove part of a wall that I am not sure if it is a bearing wall or not? I don't want to be charged for a wall if it is not bearing. I believe part of the wall is, but I am not sure about the part that I want to have removed. The house is in Clinton, Maryland 20744 and I want to have, half of the wall removed ASAP, before I move in.
