I have to say I've never been a big fan of Vern. He always seemed so superior and cold. However, he seems to have warmed up quite a bit this season. Smiling! Kind comments to the contestants, even when he is saying something negative. Keep it up Vern!!
Two or three seasons ago Vern was so negative and superior when critiquing the designers. I came really close to not watching anymore because of his attitude. I too, Home*Girl, have really noticed this season that he is much more positive and kind. I think he must have been told to change because he is so different. I bet lots of people were turned off by his previous attitude. He certainly wasn't very helpful to the designers when all he did was put them down. Thanks, Vern, for the change for the better.
